IN BEER APPLICATION

During the storage of beer,microorganism is easy to cause spoilage, protein and other turbidity phenomenon.People usually adopt diatomite filtration and pasteurization methods to maintain the stability of beer's long-term storage. Although some impurities can be removed, the colloid, yeast, bacteria and microorganisms can not be completely removed. As high temperature heat treatment is involved, some aromatic substances are oxidized and lost, which will affect the original flavor of beer. Membrane filtration can remove the microorganism and other turbidity in draft beer, keep the flavor and taste of fresh beer, retain the nutritional ingredients in beer completely, reduce and solve the emission of pollutants, and make the effective ingredients get better utilization and recovery;
